Nagahara is truly a one-of-a-kind company, making a one-of-a-kind instrument.   Kanichi Nagahara, having a broad experience working for both Japanese and American flute makers, has created an instrument which draws on the best aspects of both worlds, combining Japanese production ingenuity with traditional Boston craftsmanship. From start to fniish, every flute and headjoint is made at our shop near Boston, MA.

We offer a wide selection of precious metals.  In silver, we offer the choice of sterling or 950 silver.  For players interested in gold, we offer 10K, 14K (white and rose), 18K and our special 20K Nagahara Gold.  Platinum is also available.
