Thank you for considering us as your maker of choice for your next  instrument, custom made just for you! Our experienced staff is happy  to assist you with an order reservation and ready  to help you with any questions you may have about our many  instrument choices and additional options.


All flute orders must be submitted in writing. There is no financial commitment when placing an order reservation, it simply places the order in the waiting list for production start. Once we reach  your order in the waiting list, our staff will contact the customer (approximately 5-6 months before the estimated delivery date) to confirm the order specifications.  Customers may  change or cancel their order (in writing) at any time before production begins.


To place an order, print and complete our Order Reservation form of the corresponding instrument model and return it to our office by postal mail, fax or e-mail (scanned):



If you are an international customer, please contact one of our authorized  international dealers near you. Nagahara Flutes does NOT ship direct customer orders outside of  continental  USA.


A  leather case, nylon case cover, wooden cleaning rod, silk swab, and cleaning cloth are included with each flute purchase.  Also, three free  Cleaning, Oiling and Adjustment (COA)  annual check-ups  are  included with UPS 2nd DAY return shipping. The complementary  COA  appointments must be used within the first 3 years of ownership, are nontransferable, and available only for direct customers within the continental USA.
